Preliminary steps to start KIDS have been taken and the Institute will be in full swing by the year 2020.

One of the objectives of the Council is to establish an institution for rehabilitation of orphans destitute, mentally and physically disabled children and its administration. The problems of disabled children are very serious and are to be attended not only by their parents but also by authorities, Government, local bodies and NGOs. Differently abled children have to be provided with vocational training along with general education. Proper education needs to be provided in order to bring them into the mainstream of the society. To fulfill this objective, KSCCW is starting a rehabilitation centre with differently abled child friendly infrastructure and modern facilities.
