Kerala State Council for Child Welfare in association with Kerala State Film Development Corporation, Chalachitra Academy and Balasahitya Institute organized a seven day International Children’s Film Festival of Kerala in May 2018. The main vision of the Film festival is to acquaint children with films of international standards and make awareness about different places, people and culture. The Film festival offers an opportunity for children from Adivasi regions and orphanages to view films free of cost.
